Eva is a digital employee.
She takes care of your marketing, your inbox, your calendar and your website, and she always asks you before anything leaves her hands.
Four rules she never breaks.
06:00 every morningThe morning starts with a summary
Around six every morning Eva writes a short update: what happened, what is waiting and one suggestion for what makes sense to do next. It is there when you open your dashboard.
Nothing goes out until you say yes
Everything Eva prepares waits for your approval: social media posts, replies to customers, fixes to your website. You see the text, why she is suggesting it, and you choose one of three: approve, edit or decline. When you edit the text, she learns from the change.
In your toneShe replies in your tone
Eva reads the messages that arrive on Messenger, Instagram and email and drafts a reply to each one. She learns how you write: from your replies, from what you change in hers and from the emails you send from your phone. She learns your tone a little better with every reply.
You can connect more than one email address. Each conversation is answered from the address it arrived at.
She remembers the context
Eva keeps track of what she knows about your business, your customers and your tone. You can teach her, correct her and delete what doesn’t apply. Everything she writes builds on that memory.
The work Eva does.
Social media
You write a post once and Eva publishes it on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google. She can also plan your week and suggest three posts that sound like your website.
Advertising
Eva builds Meta campaigns from scratch and hands them to you as drafts. She pulls the numbers for the last 28 days and tells you in plain language what is working and what could be better.
Email and messages
She reads the messages that arrive on Messenger, Instagram and email and drafts a reply to each one. Eva learns your tone a little better with every reply.
Your website
Search engine optimisation: she scans your website, gives it a score and fixes what can be fixed so it ranks better on Google, such as missing descriptions. She keeps an eye on traffic and sets up the Meta and Google tracking tools for you.
Your calendar
Eva picks up meeting requests from your inbox and suggests them on your calendar. When you confirm, she sends the confirmation and books the meeting.
Bookkeeping and taxes
Eva explains in plain language what needs to be filed and when: VAT, payroll withholding, the social security levy and the annual accounts, under Icelandic rules. General guidance, not tax advice.
In the dashboard she plans and automates. In your browser she does the work.
The dashboard
In the dashboard Eva thinks and writes. Your inbox, publishing, the morning summary, everything waiting for approval and her memory of your business.
The Chrome extension
In the Chrome extension she acts herself: opens pages, fills in forms and fixes websites.
Three levels of trust.
You start with everything under your approval and give Eva more room when you are ready.
Everything waits for approval
At the first level nothing goes out until you have read it and said yes.
Your own posts go straight out
At the second level the posts you write yourself are published without waiting. Eva takes care of the publishing.
Eva answers simple things herself
At the third level Eva answers simple enquiries on her own, and you can always see afterwards what she replied.

Vigdís Guðmundsdóttir
Eva Innsýn is Vigdís’s idea: a digital employee for people who run a business and don’t have time to learn every tool that running it demands.
She built Eva out of her own need. Tasks kept piling up in email, on social media and in ad platforms, and she wanted an employee who would handle them without making decisions for her. That is why Eva always asks before anything goes out.
Vigdís personally answers every enquiry that comes in through this site.
Start with one job.
Create an account, give Eva your website and let her read up on your business. Then give her one job. It takes a few minutes.
