What is the difference between a subscription and credit?
The subscription is your access to Eva: Innsýn is the inbox and calendar, Yfirsýn is everything she does, including the Chrome extension. Credit is an add-on for those who want her to take on bigger jobs. It is bought once and is valid for 12 months.
Can I start small?
Yes, and that is exactly the way in today: hire Eva for Campaigns and let her start with your ads. The Innsýn and Yfirsýn subscriptions open soon, and we will let you know.
Does anything go out without me knowing?
No. At the first level everything waits for your approval. Later you can give Eva more room, for example to publish your own posts directly or answer simple enquiries herself, and you can always see afterwards what she replied.
How do I pay?
Through Kling. You choose a card or Icelandic online banking when you hire Eva in the dashboard, and the subscription renews monthly. Prices are in Icelandic krónur (ISK).
Do I need to know the tools Eva works in?
No. You connect your tools once, for example Facebook, Instagram, Google and your email, and Eva works in them for you. If a tool you use is missing, tell us about it.
